Cancellation Policy

My Pure Qi Wellness offers wellness experiences, Reiki sessions, chakra programs, spiritual gatherings, and educational offerings both online and in person. These offerings support personal growth and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal care. By booking a private session with My Pure Qi Wellness, you agree to the following terms: BOOKING & PAYMENT – Sessions are booked in 60 to 120 minute time slots depending on the service. – Full payment may be required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. – Your scheduled time is reserved specifically for you and includes energetic preparation prior to the session. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING – Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. – All sales are final. – If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, you may apply your payment to a future session (if available). – Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible for credit or refund. USE OF CONTENT All content shared through My Pure Qi Wellness—including but not limited to handouts, audio recordings, digital files, visual guides, live teachings, meditations, course materials, and any materials delivered through sessions, programs, or this website—is the intellectual property of Nicole Yin and My Pure Qi Wellness. This applies to any and all current or future offerings, whether delivered in person, online, or digitally. Materials are provided solely for personal use. They may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, distributed, taught, rebranded, or otherwise used for commercial or instructional purposes without prior written permission.
