Reiki Journey
This session combines Reiki with guided visualization to help you access deeper layers of your consciousness, uncover insights, and experience spiritual healing. Through intentional energy work and visualization techniques, you will be guided to explore past experiences, release energetic blockages, and receive intuitive messages to support your journey toward self-discovery and balance. This process allows you to connect with your higher self, access subconscious patterns, and gain clarity on life challenges. These sessions provide one-on-one coaching tailored to your spiritual journey, helping you align with your highest self and integrate energy practices into your daily life. Each session offers personalized guidance in developing spiritual awareness, enhancing intuition, and creating a daily practice that supports your energy alignment. Through intuitive coaching, energy assessment, and actionable insights, you will gain clarity on your path and remove energetic blocks that may be hindering your progress. Whether you seek emotional balance, greater self-understanding, or a deeper connection to your higher purpose, this ongoing coaching series provides the tools and support needed to empower transformation and alignment with your authentic self.
Custom Crystal Grids & Activation
Create and activate personalized crystal grids designed for healing, protection, manifestation, and energy amplification. Each session begins with an intuitive consultation to identify your energetic goals and intentions. Based on this, we select specific crystals and sacred geometry layouts tailored to your needs—such as Metatron’s Cube, the Seed of Life, or Flower of Life. You’ll receive a curated set of 15 high-quality crystals aligned with your intention. We will teach you how to physically set up your grid, cleanse and charge the stones, and activate the grid with guided energy focus. You'll also receive printed guidance or reference materials to take home. This session includes support on maintaining your grid at home, integrating it into your daily or moon-based rituals, and aligning it with seasonal energy cycles. 8-Session Chakra Healing Program
This in-depth program consists of 8 sessions, each lasting 75 minutes, focusing on one chakra per session. It combines personalized spiritual coaching with guided energy healing and integration exercises to create lasting transformation. Each session begins with one-on-one coaching to help you clarify goals, recognize blocks, and strengthen your intuitive connection to each chakra. You’ll then move into focused energy healing, exploring the unique energy and attributes of that chakra while applying tailored techniques to restore balance. The program also includes a comprehensive workbook filled with exercises, affirmations, and guided reflections, as well as a set of 8 chakra stones to support your at-home practice. By the end of the series, you’ll feel more empowered, energetically aligned, and equipped with tools to sustain long-term healing and growth.
